Elizabeth Guiracocha is an experienced professional in youth services and education. Currently serving as a Family Intake Coordinator at Big Brothers Big Sisters Twin Cities since July 2025, Elizabeth is also the Center Director/General Manager at Tierra Encantada, a position held since August 2020, with prior roles as Assistant Director, Operations Assistant, and Lead Teacher. Elizabeth's responsibilities include assisting youth in grades K-2 with distance learning and providing engaging educational activities. Previously, as a Youth Lead at Banyan Community from 2013 to July 2020, Elizabeth focused on fostering self-confidence and leadership skills in youth, while also facilitating community connections. In addition, Elizabeth interned at Be The Match in 2019, gaining insight into bone marrow transplantation processes. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Augsburg University and a Liberal Arts degree from Minneapolis College.
