Prior to this, Lucile held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Cameron's Coffee and Distribution, overseeing all HR activities while reporting directly to the CEO. Additional experience includes roles as Human Resources and Administration Manager at AmeriPride Services, HR Generalist at Coventry Health Care, and HR Analyst/Associate at Unisys. Lucile holds an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and two Master's degrees in International Business and Business Administration from institutions in France.
