Robert Thesing

Robert Thesing has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Robert is currently the Chief Growth Officer at Tierra Encantada since September 2022. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Franchise Development at Tierra Encantada from February 2022 to September 2022. Robert also held the position of Chief Technology & Support Officer at STALK & SPADE®, CRISP & GREEN®, STEELE BRANDS®, and PACO & LIME® from August 2021 to February 2022.

Before their roles in the technology and support sector, Robert worked at Pie Five Pizza Co as a Franchise Business Director from March 2017 to April 2019. Robert was responsible for managing a third of the company's franchise business and had various key responsibilities, including P&L management, budgeting, leadership coaching, and managing restaurant openings.

Prior to that, Robert worked at Caribou Coffee as a District Manager from June 2005 to December 2014. Robert oversaw multiple coffee houses in the southern metro area of Minneapolis and was recognized for their engagement and results during the Caribou Coffee 2014 Engagement Summit.

Earlier in their career, Robert served as the President & CEO of iMotion Media from April 2001 to June 2005. In this role, they provided strategic leadership for the company, focusing on designing and implementing advanced training solutions for manufacturing-based programs.

Robert Thesing attended Little Falls High School, but no degree or specific field of study is provided. Following high school, they attended the University of Minnesota Duluth for one year, with a focus on biology. Robert then transferred to St. Cloud State University, where they studied mass communications from 2002 to 2005. In 2014, Robert enrolled in a certificate program at Columbia University in the field of financial engineering, which they are currently pursuing.
