Luis Almodovar

Luis Almodovar is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in project management and geotechnical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Project Engineer at Tierra, Inc. since March 2013, Luis has previously held the position of Staff Engineer at Meskel and Associates Engineering from May 2012 to March 2013.
