Anette Dölker

Anette Dölker is an experienced professional with a strong background in continuous service management, program management, and consultancy, primarily within the technology and financial sectors. Currently serving as the Lead Continuous Service Manager at Tietoevry since January 2020, Anette oversees the welfare and education Lifecare/Effica technical support team in Finland. Previous roles include Program Manager for Tieto, where responsibilities included coordinating DevOps initiatives for the financial industry and leading a hybrid cloud program. Anette's experience also spans independent consultancy at Veotos Oy, product specialization at Nokia Siemens Networks and Nokia, and a strong academic foundation with a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Aalto University, along with an MBA from Hanken School of Economics.
