Mikael Normelli

Mikael Normelli has extensive experience in leadership roles within the technology and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Head of User Experience Services and Head of Professional Services at Tietoevry since January 2019, Mikael focuses on maximizing customer benefits through technology and consulting services. Previous positions include leading various teams in Customer Information Solutions, Utility Suite, and Product Services within the Energy & Utilities sector at Tietoevry. Prior to that, Mikael held key roles at Tieto, including Head of Sales for Energy & Utilities and Customer Manager, and worked as an Account Manager at Bring Sverige. Mikael's educational background includes degrees in Service Management from Lund University and Competensum Yrkeshögskola, along with various training programs in service and business management.
