Debora Irene C.

Debora Irene C. is an experienced project manager and researcher specializing in data policy and internet governance. Currently serving as Project Manager for the Tifa Foundation since April 2022, Debora leads projects under the Data Policy and Digital Governance programme, focusing on project planning, evaluation, and donor relations. Concurrently, Debora works as a Project Researcher at the University of Gothenburg, contributing to research on legitimacy in internet governance through survey design and data analysis. Previous positions include researcher roles at the United Nations University Institute in Macao and the World Wide Web Foundation, focusing on cyber resilience and data research, and experience as a graduate research assistant at the London School of Economics. Debora holds a Master of Science in Media, Communication and Development from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Communication Studies from the University of Indonesia.
