Geraldine Sakon

Geraldine Sakon currently serves as Vice President of European Sourcing & Operations at Tiffany & Co., a position held since January 2022. From January 2021 to March 2022, Geraldine took a purposeful career break to assess future opportunities following a successful tenure as Managing Director at Rubel & Ménasché from July 2013 to January 2021, where significant improvements in company culture and customer-centric strategies were implemented. Earlier experience includes positions at Cartier, where Geraldine was Deputy to the Director of High Jewelry Workshops and Manager of the Small Diamonds Division, as well as roles as a Gemologist and Jeweler.
