Lan Luan

Lan Luan currently serves as the Zone President for mainland China at Tiffany & Co., a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Luan was Senior Vice President at LVMH, overseeing client development and digital innovation across the Asia Pacific region. Luan's extensive experience includes leading international markets at ByteDance, driving global transformation efforts at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., and being a Partner at McKinsey & Company, specializing in growth strategies for the luxury sector. Earlier career highlights include a Principal role at The Boston Consulting Group and serving as a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft, where Luan also led the Microsoft Chinese Employee Diversity Group. Education includes an MBA from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore.
