Richard Wyka

Richard Wyka has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Richard started their career as the Global Lean Manufacturing Director at American Standard, where they implemented lean manufacturing practices across multiple plants. Richard then became the General Manager of the Tiffin, OH plant, overseeing plumbing product development and manufacturing. In 2004, Wyka joined Tiffin Metal Products as the VP of Manufacturing, before being promoted to Director of Government Products & Sales in 2011. Their extensive experience in lean manufacturing and plant management make him a valuable asset in the industry.

Richard Wyka attended Alfred University from 1966 to 1970, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Ceramic Engineering. Richard then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Engineering and Business from West Coast University, graduating in 1975.
