Sharon French is a globally experienced board director and former executive in the financial services industry, with over 30 years of expertise driving transformational growth. They have held significant roles at notable firms, including AIG, BlackRock, and Oppenheimer Funds, notably contributing to product innovations and strategic acquisitions. Currently, Sharon serves on the boards of Lord Abbett, TIFIN, and Newton Investment Management, where they focus on governance, risk management, and ethical leadership. Passionate about mentorship and diversity, they played a key role in launching Women in ETFs, which has grown to over 15,000 members. Sharon's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Finance from the University of Delaware and ongoing studies at the University of Pennsylvania.
