Michelle Ellwood has over a decade of experience in business development and client relationship management within the logistics and e-commerce sectors. Currently serving as Manager of Client Relationships at TIG Freight Management since April 2021, Michelle previously held the positions of National Account Manager and Relationship Manager within the same company. Prior to this role, Michelle worked at DHL eCommerce as Business Development Manager for Queensland, where the focus was on simplifying and making international B2C shipping accessible. Earlier career roles include Business Development Executive at Direct Freight Express and Deutsche Post AG, and Account Manager at New Zealand Post. Michelle holds a Higher School Certificate from The Entrance High School, completed in 1999.
