Geoff Smoke is an experienced transportation and operations manager with a diverse background in leadership roles. Currently serving as Transportation Manager for Tigard-Tualatin School District since April 2017 and Operations Manager for Student Transportation of America since July 2016, Geoff is responsible for staff development, driver recruitment, and business growth while holding full P&L accountability. Prior to these roles, Geoff worked as Facilities Manager at Rejuvenation, a Division of Williams-Sonoma, Inc., overseeing maintenance operations and compliance for multiple facilities. Earlier career experience includes transportation and facilities management at YRC Freight. Geoff holds a BBA in Marketing from Boise State University.

Tigard-Tualatin School District (TTSD) serves part of the suburban Portland metropolitan area including the cities of Tigard, Tualatin, Durham, and King City, as well as the unincorporated communities of Metzger and Bull Mountain. TTSD provides programming from Pre-school to 12th grade with an emphasis on student achievement, equity, talent, and climate and culture. All K-12 students experience personalized digital learning with a focus on critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity, as well as opportunities to experience, college, career, and technical classes, preparing them for success after high school. TTSD hires and retains staff who are catalysts for learning and who nurture a school community where everyone feels safe, valued, and connected.
