Stacey Ghoddusi is an experienced educator and contributor with a diverse background in public health and social services. Currently serving as a Substitute Teacher for Tigard-Tualatin School District since May 2022, Stacey has previously worked as a Contributing Author for BahaiTeachings.org and as a Volunteer at the Refugee Empowerment Center. Additional experience includes a role as an Educator at the YMCA of Greater Omaha in 2019 and a Research Student at OneWorld Community Health Centers, focusing on cultural misinformation and herbal remedy use. Stacey holds a Master of Public Health degree in Health Policy and Ethics from Creighton University and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Political Science and History from the University of California, Davis.

Tigard-Tualatin School District (TTSD) serves part of the suburban Portland metropolitan area including the cities of Tigard, Tualatin, Durham, and King City, as well as the unincorporated communities of Metzger and Bull Mountain. TTSD provides programming from Pre-school to 12th grade with an emphasis on student achievement, equity, talent, and climate and culture. All K-12 students experience personalized digital learning with a focus on critical thinking, collaboration, communication, and creativity, as well as opportunities to experience, college, career, and technical classes, preparing them for success after high school. TTSD hires and retains staff who are catalysts for learning and who nurture a school community where everyone feels safe, valued, and connected.
