Jamie Dufek, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Most recently, they served as the Vice President of Field Operations at TIGER 21, a prestigious peer membership organization for high-net-worth individuals. Prior to this, Jamie held the position of Director of Field Operations at the same company.

Jamie also served as the Interim Executive Director at COUNTY OF SANTA BARBARA ARTS FUND, where they provided leadership and guidance. They also founded their own venture, CLAY by Jamie Dufek, in 2018.

In addition, Jamie worked at the Hudson Institute of Coaching as a Client Engagement Partner, where they were responsible for driving sales conversations and building relationships with clients. They also held the role of Programs and Seminars.

Before that, Jamie worked at The Turner Foundation as the Director of Development and Programs, overseeing various aspects of operation including fundraising and property acquisition. They also served as a Program Director at the same organization.

Jamie Dufek, MBA, completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Corporate Social Responsibility and Social Business from Antioch University Santa Barbara. This education took place from 2015 to 2016. Additionally, Jamie earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Fine and Studio Arts from Gustavus Adolphus College, where they studied from 2006 to 2010.
