Michael Cooke

Michael Cooke has a diverse range of work experience in finance and investment. Michael is currently the Chief Financial Officer at TIGER 21 since November 2022. Before that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at ICS, a provider of Managed IT and Cybersecurity Services in the U.S., from December 2020 to December 2022. Prior to that, they held the role of Chief Financial Officer at 3STEP Sports, a national event management company, from December 2019 to December 2020. Michael also worked as the Vice President of Finance & Operations at Aloha Tournaments, a company that was acquired by 3STEP Sports, from August 2015 to December 2019.

Before joining 3STEP Sports, Michael worked as a Senior Associate at American Capital, a middle-market private equity company, from March 2014 to August 2015. Michael provided operational support and advisory services to financially distressed companies in the portfolio. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior and Associate Associate at Hudson Sustainable Group, where they sourced, evaluated, and executed private equity investments and acquisitions in the sustainability, clean technology, and renewable energy sectors from August 2011 to March 2014.

Michael began their career as an Analyst in the Global Power & Utilities sector at Barclays Investment Bank from August 2010 to August 2011. Michael also gained experience as an Investment Banking Analyst at Signal Hill Capital Group LLC from July 2009 to August 2010.

Michael Cooke completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Management from Bucknell University from 2005 to 2009. Later, from 2017 to 2020, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Finance from Loyola University Maryland.
