Srilekha Das currently works at Tiger Analytics as the HR Manager for People Operations, where Srilekha serves as a strategic HR partner for enabling functions. Prior to this, Srilekha held roles in talent acquisition at companies like Infosys and Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship. Srilekha also has experience in marketing and volunteer coordination at HDFC Bank and HelpAge India respectively. Srilekha holds an MBA in Marketing and HR from Xavier Institute Of Management and Entrepreneurship and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Siksha 'O' Anusandhan University.
