Natalie Duncan

Natalie Duncan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative and operational roles. Currently serving as Company Secretary at Encore Group Holdings since September 2024, Natalie also holds the position of Chief Operating Officer and Director & Co-Founder at Tiger & Bear Partners since April 2021. Prior to these roles, Natalie was an Executive Assistant and Legal Secretary at amaysim from September 2018 to June 2021 and worked as a Legal Secretary and Practice Team Coordinator at King & Wood Mallesons from January 2007 to September 2018. Natalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Physical Sciences from Macquarie University and a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Williams Business College.
