Herve Djamba

Herve Djamba is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in electrical engineering and process optimization. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Tiger Brands since November 2021, Herve oversees multiple plants and leads the engineering department to enhance performance. Prior experience includes roles at Mars Africa, where responsibilities ranged from managing a R18M project portfolio as Site Engineer to implementing safety and quality standards as a PLC & Factory IT Engineer. Additionally, experience as Senior Process Technician and Junior Project Engineer at Parmalat SA focused on plant efficiency and maintenance. Early career roles include senior electrical technician positions at Namibia Breweries Ltd and Medine Automation, where expertise in electrical systems, maintenance, and programming were developed. Herve holds a National Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Cape Peninsula University of Technology and an Electrical Government Certificate of Competency (GCC Factories) from the College of Cape Town.
