Michelle Erasmus

Michelle Erasmus has a diverse professional background with experience in finance and leadership roles. Michelle most recently served as the Finance Director Shared Services at Tiger Brands since November 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Financial Advisor to FML CFO at WesBank in October 2020. From December 2019 to September 2020, Michelle was the Chief Financial Officer at Avis Budget Group. Michelle held the same role at Avis Fleet for nearly a decade, from January 2010 to December 2019. Earlier in their career, Michelle worked at Deloitte, where they were a Partner from 2004 to 2007 and an Audit Manager from 1998 to 2004.

Michelle Erasmus attended Brescia House Convent from 1976 to 1989. Michelle then went on to study at the University of Cape Town from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Science degree in Accounting and Finance. Michelle also holds a certification as a Chartered Accountant from SAICA.
