Nomenzi Gule

Nomenzi Gule (née Pinyana) has a strong background in human resources, with various roles at different companies. Nomenzi began their career as a Senior HR Officer/HRD Officer at the South African Sugar Association in 2006, where they focused on areas such as BBEE, EE, and Skills Development. Nomenzi also played a key role in training coordination and administration. In 2007, Nomenzi joined the Federal-Mogul Corporation as an HR Officer before moving on to Tiger Brands in 2010. At Tiger Brands, they held positions as a Human Resources Manager and later as a Human Resources Director.

Nomenzi Gule (née Pinyana) obtained a National Diploma in HR Management from Durban University of Technology between 2000 and 2002. In 2010, they pursued a Bcom in Industrial Psychology from Unisa, with the field of study focusing on Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Nomenzi also obtained the certification "Developing Managers in Organizations" from LinkedIn in 2023.
