Renee Stewart-Hester is an experienced editor and writer with a strong background in community-focused publications. Currently serving as the Editor for Lake Minnetonka Magazine at Local since November 2020 and at Tiger Oak Media since May 2014, Renee manages content development for multiple magazines, including Maple Grove Magazine and Plymouth Magazine. Responsibilities include assigning work to writers, overseeing editorial processes, and collaborating with art directors to enhance visual storytelling. Previous roles include Content Contributor at Rocket Man Digital, Freelance Reporter for Southwest Suburban Publishing, and Special Projects Coordinator for the City of Eden Prairie. Renee holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from the University of Iowa.
