Mark Blair

Mark Blair is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in designing and developing Java web applications. Currently serving as a Lead Software Engineer at FINRA and a Senior Software Engineer at OpenText since February 2023, Mark has a proven track record in creating web-based applications, particularly for analytical purposes at FINRA. Prior to these roles, Mark held the position of Senior Software Engineer at Tiger Team Consulting since September 2010 and at OpenText Corporation from 2008 to February 2011, where Mark integrated a J2EE Digital Asset Management System with a Business Process Modeling tool. Earlier in Mark's career, a role as a Software Engineer at SAIC from January 2003 to January 2008 contributed to the development of essential engineering skills. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University, completed between 1993 and 1996.
