Kelly Bernaiche

Kelly Bernaiche has gained extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting roles over the years. Kelly started their career as an Economic Rights Advocate/Jesuit Volunteer at the Law Foundation of Silicon Valley, followed by a Paralegal II role at Sackett & Herrera. Kelly then transitioned into the HR field with an HR Graduate Intern position at NYU Langone Medical Center. Kelly further developed their skills in recruiting at Citadel LLC and RBC Capital Markets before moving to Bridgewater Associates as a Talent Associate. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Howden Tiger, showcasing their progression and expertise in the field.

Kelly Bernaiche completed their Bachelor of Arts in English at Saint Joseph's University from 2006 to 2010. Kelly then pursued their Master of Science degree at Columbia University from 2012 to 2014.
