MacKenzie Stephenson

MacKenzie Stephenson, P.Eng, MBA, currently serves as the Control Systems Tech Group Lead at Tigercat Industries, overseeing a technical team focused on the development and standardization of control systems across product lines. With a background in mechanical engineering and an MBA, MacKenzie has held various roles at Tigercat, including Product Engineer and Mechanical Designer, contributing to the design of innovative products such as a prototype mobile Carbonizer and drivetrain components. MacKenzie’s earlier experience includes a consulting role with Laurier Consulting Club and participation in the Gryphon Racing team, enhancing engineering skills and teamwork capabilities. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Guelph and an MBA from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University.
