Jun Hyung Shin

Jun Hyung Shin has a diverse work experience in the software engineering field. They worked at TigerGraph as a Senior Software Engineer starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at TigerGraph including Manager of Software Engineering from October 2021 to March 2023, where they were responsible for overseeing the development of the TigerGraph query language, managing the build pipeline, infrastructure, and security vulnerabilities. They also designed and managed the development of a new data streaming workflow and automated various steps of the development cycle to improve engineering productivity.

Before joining TigerGraph, Jun Hyung Shin worked as a Software Engineer at Tomato System Co., Ltd from October 2014 to April 2016, and at Ahpro from May 2013 to September 2014.

Jun Hyung Shin completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign between 2009 and 2011. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of California, Merced, from 2016 to 2018.
