Brady Pyle is a retired NASA executive with over 28 years of experience in human resources, most notably serving as Deputy Chief Human Capital Officer, where significant strategies were implemented to enhance HR services while reducing the budget by $10M. As NASA's first Director of HR Services, transformational changes were led in HR service delivery, and while at the Johnson Space Center, important workforce strategies were developed. In addition to executive leadership, Pyle is an accomplished author, leadership speaker, and consultant with a focus on character virtues in leadership, and currently serves as Chief Human Resources & Inclusion Officer at Space Center Houston. Educational background includes a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Texas A&M University and participation in the Management Development Program at the University of Michigan.
