Alison Follows

Alison Follows is an experienced Early Years Consultant and Trainer at AF Training and Consultancy Ltd since September 2017, providing tailored support and advice for early years settings. Additionally, Alison serves as an Early Years Improvement Officer for the London Borough of Redbridge and contributes as a Consultant, Trainer, and Content Creator for TIGERLILY TRAINING LTD. Previous roles include an Ofsted Inspector from January 2018 to January 2020 and Senior Nursery Manager at Independent Place Nursery from June 2015 to September 2017. Alison has held various nursery management positions at Independent Place Nursery and Asquith Day Nurseries & Pre-schools. Alison holds a Master's degree in Sociology of Childhood and Children's Rights from UCL, Early Years Professional Status from the University of Worcester, and a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Studies from the same institution.
