Hon Chan

Hon Chan is a Commercial Director with a background in insurance and technology, currently focused on developing growth strategies in the HealthTech sector. With 15 years of experience in complex risk operations and underwriting, Hon has previously held senior roles at Swiss Re and Care, contributing to significant advancements in the industry. An international collaborator, Hon has forged partnerships with major companies such as Expedia and Apple to enhance the insurance ecosystem. Hon also serves as a Fellow Lecturer at the National University of Singapore, teaching how InsurTech is transforming the insurance value chain. They hold a Master’s degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering from the University of Bristol and are pursuing ongoing studies in Health Insurance.
