Debbie Mlinek

Debbie Mlinek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources and environmental health and safety. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager and EH&S Supervisor at TIGHITCO, Inc. since August 2002, Debbie supports multiple divisions in Connecticut, administers training programs, and manages injury tracking and workers’ compensation reporting. Prior to TIGHITCO, Debbie worked as a Facilities Administrator at GKN Aerospace, focusing on facility management and inventory control while contributing to emergency response efforts. Debbie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University and is pursuing an Associate of Science in Business Administration and a Certificate in Applied Management at Quinebaug Valley Community College.
