Humberto Santiago Martens has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Humberto started their career at General Electric in 1998 as a Project Manager and Quality Assurance Manager. In 2001, they transitioned to TIGHITCO, Inc. where they held various roles including Operations Manager, General Manager, Vice President & Country Manager for Mexico, and eventually VP & Chief Operating Officer responsible for P&L of two aerospace component factories in Mexico. Throughout their career, they demonstrated strong leadership and management skills.
Humberto Santiago Martens completed their education with a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business from Tecnológico de Monterrey in 1998, followed by a Master's in Business Administration in Finance and Financial Management from EGADE Business School del Tecnológico de Monterrey in 2002. Humberto also undertook further executive education programs in C-Suite Management, Business Innovation, and other international/global studies at various institutions such as IPADE Business School, Kellogg Executive Education, Kansai Gaidai University, University of Alberta, and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
