Mario Faria

Mario Faria has over 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry. Mario began their career in 2000 as a Test/Characterization Engineer at IBM Microelectronics. In 2002, they moved to LTX Corporation as an Applications Engineer, where they were responsible for device development and providing technical support for ASIC groups. In 2004, they joined Texas Instruments, Inc. as a Lead Product Engineer and Product Development Engineer. From 2007 to 2010, they worked at ITT Corporation as a Product/Project Engineer, where they were responsible for planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for projects. In 2010, they joined The MAX Group - MAX I.E.G. LLC as Partner & Vice President Operations, where they were responsible for segment growth and providing operational improvement products and services. Currently, they are the Director of Semiconductor Solutions at Tignis, where they are responsible for defining and delivering Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions for Semiconductors OEMs and Wafer Fabs.

Mario Faria attended the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business from 2008 to 2010, where they received an Executive MBA in Business Administration, Management and Operations. Mario then attended Walden University from 2000 to 2002, where they received an M.S in Electrical Engineering. Mario then attended Florida State University from 1995 to 1999, where they received a BSEE in Electrical Engineering. In 2013, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Ops certification from The MAX Group - MAX I.E.G. Internal Certification.
