Christian Uhl, PhD, is a distinguished sport psychologist and high-performance coach with extensive experience spanning several decades. As co-founder of Onehourtotalk LLC since October 2019 and CEO of the Institute for Extraordinary Performance, Dr. Uhl has a proven track record of working with Olympic and World Champions to achieve success. Previously, Dr. Uhl served as the head of the Sport Psychology Department at the Olympic Training Centre Vorarlberg in Austria from 2006 to 2012. With a robust educational background, including a PhD in Sport Psychology from Universität Innsbruck and multiple advanced degrees in psychology and exercise physiology, Dr. Uhl is highly regarded in the fields of psychology and organizational development.
