Christopher Morie has extensive experience in financial markets, specifically in NYSE floor operations. Christopher began their career in 1990 as a Floor Clerk/Trader at MVI Equities, where they gained valuable trading experience. In 1998, they joined Jefferies as a Vice President Trading NYSE, responsible for executing trade strategies and analyzing market conditions. Christopher remained with Jefferies until 2017. Following that, they worked at CV Brokerage, Inc. as a Senior Vice President for a brief period in 2017. From 2018 to 2021, they served as a Director of NYSE Floor Operations at BCS Global Markets. Currently, they hold the position of Director of NYSE Floor Operations at Tigress Financial Partners. In this role, they oversee compliance checks, credit limit creation, and execution of equity trades on the NYSE floor. Christopher has proven expertise in trading and maintaining detailed records for regulatory reviews.
Christopher Morie attended Siena College from 1986 to 1990 and earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing/Management with a concentration in Finance.
