Dr. Lonny Wright has extensive experience in human resources management, education, and program administration. Dr. Lonny has worked in various roles as a Director, Professor, Senior Advisor, and Manager in various organizations such as Tigua Inc., University of Maryland Global Campus, Balfour Beatty Communities, PRIDE Industries, and the US Air Force. Dr. Wright's expertise includes curriculum development and implementation, policy management, human resources management, craft and apprenticeship training, and technical training programs. Dr. Lonny has also served in the US Army and has experience in senior operations advising.
Dr. Lonny Wright holds a Doctor of Management degree in Organization Development and Change from Colorado Technical University, which was obtained between 2012 and 2014. Additionally, they also hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which was obtained from Touro University International in 2007, and a Master of Arts degree in Education (Focus in Training and Development), which was obtained from Touro University International in 2008. Dr. Wright has also obtained various certifications, such as NAFCU Certified Volunteer Expert (NCVE), Board Financial Literacy, Volunteer Achievement Program, and several others between 2015 and 2016. Furthermore, they were granted an interim Top Secret Security Clearance in 2012.

With contract sites spanning across 30 states, we offer robust, nationwide capabilities and resources to federal and private organizations. Tigua Inc and our subsidiary companies qualify for the IIP, which is a congressionally sponsored program that provides a 5% rebate back to the prime contractor on the total amount subcontracted to an Indian-Owned Economic Enterprise or Indian Organization, in accordance with DFARS Clause 252.226-7001. Through the generation of subcontracts to India-Owned Economic Enterprise or Indian Organizations, the IIP fulfills its purpose as an economic multiplier for Native American communities. DoD prime contractors, regardless of contract size, that contain the above referenced clause(s) are eligible for incentive payments.
