James Nicholas

James Nicholas has a diverse work experience in the IT field. James currently works as the Vice President of Information Technology at Tigunia, where they manage a team of experts and is responsible for various IT functions such as network administration, security objectives, and client initiatives. Prior to that, they were the Director of Network Services at Tigunia, specializing in Microsoft Dynamics NAV. Before joining Tigunia, James worked as a Senior Consulting Engineer at AIR Technology Services, where they provided consulting services in the areas of security, infrastructure, and networking. James also has experience as a Data & Systems Administrator at HB Health, LLC and as a Director of IT at Chiro Discount Warehouse. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Network Administrator at Team RPM, Inc. Overall, James has demonstrated strong skills in IT management, consulting, and network administration.

James Nicholas began their education in 2006 at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they studied Computer Science until 2007. James then attended City College from 2008 to 2009 and obtained a degree in Urban Ministry, focusing on Student Ministry and Counseling. In 2011, James enrolled at the Milwaukee Area Technical College, where they pursued a degree in Network and Server Specialist, which they completed in 2013.

In terms of certifications, James obtained the following: Security+ from Comptia in August 2011, MCTS: Windows 7 from Microsoft in June 2011, Network+ from Comptia in December 2010, and Network+ CE from CompTIA in August 2011.
