Aparna Gupta

Aparna Gupta is a seasoned leader in the technology and software engineering sectors, currently serving as the Global Delivery Centre Leader and Executive Director of Customer Success at Microsoft since December 2017. In this role, Aparna oversees the success of Microsoft's strategic customers on the cloud platform, leading a technical team that ensures optimal application performance and architecture. Prior to Microsoft, Aparna held various significant positions, including Vice President of Customer Experience at Bristlecone and Managing Director at FirstRain, where expertise was applied in SaaS analytics for Fortune 500 clients. Additionally, Aparna has contributed leadership as a Co-Chair at NASSCOM and as a mentor at Startupbootcamp. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
