Jacob Snyder

Jacob Snyder is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in desktop engineering and infrastructure management. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Infrastructure Engineer and Advisor at Truist Insurance Holdings, LLC since June 2023, Jacob previously held the role of Remote Support Engineer at TIC, where responsibilities included Desktop Engineering Management for Eastern Bank. Jacob's career at Eastern Bank spanned four years, culminating as VP of Desktop Engineering Manager, and earlier roles included VP, Senior Desktop Engineer. Jacob also served as Director of Centralized Desktop and BYOD Application Management at Salem State University and held multiple roles in information technology at Montserrat College of Art. Jacob began the IT career at Gordon College as a Senior Student Technician. Educationally, Jacob earned a BA in Psychology and History from Gordon College between 2003 and 2008.
