Scott Copeland

Scott Copeland is an accomplished Learning and Development professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and training management. Currently serving as the Digital Transformation - Learning and Development Project Manager at Crump Life Insurance Services since 2019, Scott plays a pivotal role in shaping the organization's learning strategy and driving digital change through effective communication and learning solutions. Previously, Scott operated as an Independent Consultant providing training and change management services, while also serving as an Adjunct Professor at Harrisburg University, delivering graduate-level courses. Scott’s prior roles include managing global leadership development programs at TE Connectivity, leading multiple learning initiatives at Booz Allen Hamilton, and marketing consulting services in the telecommunications sector. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management and a Master of Science in Educational/Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
