Laurent Collette

Laurent Collette is an experienced operations and management professional with a Master of Science in Marketing from IÉSEG School of Management. Currently serving in operations at Tiime since February 2023, Laurent also holds part-time COO roles at Customer Centric Conseil and Visuary. Previously, Laurent consulted on organization and project management at Allianz Trade until July 2023 and played a pivotal role in establishing the Communauté des COO France, which grew to over 300 members. With additional experience at Time for the Planet as an associate and evaluator, and as a growth consultant for various companies, Laurent has demonstrated strong expertise in customer-centric approaches and operational model implementation.
