Wes P. has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as Vice President of Operations Excellence and Off-Premise Performance at Tijuana Flats Tex-Mex since January 2023. Prior to this role, Wes held various leadership positions at TGI Fridays from February 2018 to January 2023, including Director of Global Off-Premise Business and Director of Global Operations Services. Wes also worked at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar as Sr. General Manager and spent over a decade at Chilis Grill & Bar, culminating in the role of General Manager. Earlier experience includes roles at El Chico Restaurants as a Food Server and at Renaissance Hotels as Room Service Lead.

Back in 1995, a college kid with absolutely no restaurant experience decided he wanted to open a restaurant - a Tex-Mex restaurant. Everyone thought he was a little crazy, but it turns out that's just what the restaurant landscape needed at the time - the weird, the wild, the insanely great food of Tijuana Flats. Fast forward to now - Tijuana Flats now has 100+ corporate and 30+ Franchise locations in five states! We pride ourselves in serving fresh, never frozen or microwaved food, in a funky, laid-back atmosphere that both our guests and team love. Can you imagine never having to work on holidays?
