Sehsa Cantika

Sehsa Cantika is an experienced professional in people systems and analytics, currently serving as the People System & Analytics Associate Manager at tiket.com since February 2022, after progressing through roles including Lead and Senior Specialist. Prior to this, Sehsa held positions at Gojek as a Global People System Senior Specialist and HRIS Specialist for Southeast Asia & India from February 2020 to February 2022. Additionally, Seysha gained valuable experience at Prudential Indonesia, working as an HRIS Officer and in Human Resources Services from January 2016 to February 2020. Sehsa holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Diponegoro University, completed in 2015.
