Nivi Padhy

Nivi Padhy is the co-founder and CEO of Tikkl. Nivi has over 25 years of experience in the technology industry, having worked as a software engineer, product owner, and management consultant.

Padhy began their career as a software engineer at Infosys in 1989. Nivi then moved to ANZ, where they worked as a senior software engineer. In 1994, they joined CA Technologies as the product owner for Ingres Replicator. Padhy remained with CA Technologies until 2007, when they co-founded Spintel, a management and technology consulting firm. Nivi served as a partner at Spintel until 2017, when they founded Tikkl.

Padhy has a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras.

Nivi Padhy received a BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in Pilani.
