Ignacio Forniés Cerrada

Ignacio Forniés Cerrada has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Ignacio began their career in 2008 as a Técnico de estudios at Copcisa, and worked there until 2011. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Técnico de ensayos de calidad at Arco Tecnos and pursued further education in Ingenieria de Edificación. In 2013, they worked as an Asesor financiero at Kiron and owned their own company, IFC Zaragoza, until 2015. Ignacio briefly worked as an Asesor inmobiliario at aProperties before joining Anticipa Real Estate (Blackstone) in 2016, where they served as the Team leader pricing&strategy for real estate assets until 2019. From 2019 to 2020, Ignacio worked as a Técnico Comercial de Alquiler Residencial at Servihabitat. Currently, they are employed at Tiko, where they began as a Transaction Manager Barcelona in 2020 and is currently serving as the City Manager Barcelona. Ignacio Forniés Cerrada began their education in 1990 at Colegio San Ignacio-Sarrià, where they completed their primary, secondary, and high school education, graduating in 2003. In 2004, they enrolled at Universitat Ramon Llull, where they pursued a degree in Arquitectura Técnica, completing it in 2006. In 2007, Ignacio attended Universitat Pompeu Fabra to study Arquitecto Técnico, receiving their degree in 2010. Continuing their educational journey, in 2012, they attended Universidad de Zaragoza (EUPLA), focusing on Edificación and received a degree as an Ingeniero de Edificación in the same year.
