Rudra Sengupta

Rudra Sengupta has a diverse work experience spanning over different industries. Rudra started their career in 2004 at ICICI Bank, where they worked as a Team Leader in the Liabilities department. Rudra'sresponsibilities included managing a team of field executives, generating new business accounts, and ensuring targets were met. Rudra then joined Hindustan Unilever ltd as a Territory Sales Officer in the water division, where they handled all business activities for two profit centers and maintained relationships with key service providers. In 2008, Rudra transitioned to Eureka Forbes Limited as an Area Head, focusing on implementing marketing strategies, increasing market penetration, and maximizing sales. Rudra'slast position was at Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd, where they worked as a Zonal Manager. In this role, they were responsible for general management of business operations, customer acquisition, sales operation, market coverage, and business expansion. Rudra also coordinated with cross-functional teams to deliver business results.

Rudra Sengupta began their educational journey in 1987, attending Bhavan Gangabux Kanoria Vidyamandir where they completed their 10+2 schooling. After completing their schooling, they pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Economics Honors from Vidyasagar College, Calcutta University, from 1999 to 2002. Following this, Rudra pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing at Annex College, AIMA, from 2002 to 2004.
