Atay Schulberg currently serves as the Head of Domestic Sales at TikTok, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Atay was a Strategic Enterprise Executive at ByondXR from February 2023 to July 2024, where responsibilities included driving B2B SaaS business development and sales for leading D2C brands. Between June 2018 and October 2022, Atay led business development at DMGO Group LTD, a major importer/exporter and distributor. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of eCommerce and Business Development at RCS Rampal Cellular Stockmarket Ltd. from 2012 to August 2018, where successful strategies generated significant revenue, as well as roles in sales and project management in both self-employment and at PDM International. Atay holds a degree in Hutong Chinese language studies from the Frontier School for Mandarin Chinese.
