Chelsea Jongewaard Turek is a seasoned professional with a diversified background in talent acquisition and assurance services. Currently serving as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner at TikTok, Chelsea has previously held significant roles as Division Director and Resource Manager at Robert Half, alongside positions as Assurance and Advisory Associate at Shea Labagh Dobberstein and Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP. Chelsea’s early experiences include a Summer Accounting Internship at Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP. Chelsea holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Computer Science from the University of San Diego and is an alumnus of Greenhill School (2001-2005).
