Danielle Dotan

Danielle Dotan is an experienced professional with a strong background in strategy and operations, currently serving as the Strategy & Operations Lead at TikTok since February 2021. Prior to TikTok, Danielle worked at TASC Consulting & Capital from January 2017 to February 2021 as a Senior Organizational Consultant, where expertise was applied in developing strategic plans, translating them into operational workplans, and enhancing organizational effectiveness. Danielle's career began in the IDF - 8200 intelligence unit, where responsibilities included commanding an intelligence gathering unit and producing intelligence reports. Danielle holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bar-Ilan University and a Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience & Psychology from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
