Frank Chen

Frank Chen is an accomplished data scientist with extensive experience in sound and video technology, deep learning, machine learning, and natural language processing. Currently a Data Scientist at TikTok since December 2025, Frank previously held the position of Data Science Expert at Kuaishou Technology, where numerous accolades were received including multiple Best Project Awards and Best Performing Employee recognitions in 2024. Prior roles include Senior Data Scientist at DiDi, recognized as the Best Performing Employee in Q2 2021 and recipient of several awards for outstanding work in technology and collaboration. Frank began the career as a Data Scientist at EasyPost and holds a Master's degree in Data Science from Harvard University, a Micromasters in Statistics and Data Science from MIT, and a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, and Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
