Jaclyn Tucker Pedersen

Jaclyn Tucker Pedersen currently serves as the Marketing Product Solutions & Operations Team Lead for TikTok Shop, overseeing all marketing-related products and tools. Previously, Jaclyn held multiple leadership roles at Amazon from May 2015 to March 2023, including Head of Engagement Marketing for Amazon Go, where Jaclyn managed promotions, loyalty, and customer retention efforts. Other positions included Principal Marketing Manager for Prime Pantry, where Jaclyn developed market strategies, and leading the launch of the initial beauty brand as Head of Marketing for Private Brands. Additionally, Jaclyn held various roles at The Clorox Company and SC Johnson, focusing on insights and marketing strategies. Jaclyn earned a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and a BA in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
